A 26 year-old documentary journalist turned producer living in Manhattan with a passion to tell unknown stories that inspire change and motivate others.

About

Katie is an experienced associate producer who has worked on over four film projects for companies including HBO, Facebook Watch and The Documentary Group. Katie began her career in journalism interning at Meet The Press and iHeartMedia and then moved to NYC where she worked at Under Oath, Abrams Media's new crime show. She went on to work as the associate producer on HERE. IS. BETTER., the first feature-length documentary gaining unprecedented access to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Katie's helped produce Brothers Like These, a documentary short directed by Academy Award winner, Ross Kauffman. More recently, Katie wrapped up The Janes for HBO, which tells the courageous story of female activists in the pre-Roe v. Wade era. Currently, she is associate producing an unannounced feature-length documentary for HBO.
