About

James is a documentary filmmaker based in Sarasota, FL. He's created his own handful of award winning short documentaries, and he has worked as Cam Op, 1st AC, and DIT on documentaries for Netflix, National Geographic, and PBS. His goal is to continue creating his own films and sharing unique stories online, at festivals, and with his video agency, Captivision Media. As well as collaborating with other filmmakers on projects as a DP or camera operator.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
