Debra Wilson is an award-winning director and producer of scripted and non-scripted films. She is a Sundance Producers Lab Intensive, BAVC National MediaMaker, and SF FilmHouse Resident alum.
In 2020 her film The Lucky Ones streamed in several festivals and won the Stop Stigma Award at the Canberra Mental Health Film Festival.
Debra has directed numerous corporate and branding projects and has several scripted and non-scripted film and series projects In Development.
As a location manager, she has worked on such films and series as 13 Reasons Why, Sense8, Blindspotting, The Master, and Fruitvale Station.
Debra is a Brown Girls Doc Mafia and Women of Color Unite member. She earned a B.A. in Television/Film Production at Cal-State University at Northridge.
