About

Evan is an accomplished video producer known for wearing many hats in his decade+-spanning career in documentary and commercial production. His work has ranged from branded documentaries to news, current events and character studies of people caught in the aftermath of crime, obsession or cultural change. Highly self-sufficient in all aspects of technical production, Evan strives for the highest possible cinematic look for all his projects. He has led a wide variety of commercial and documentary projects as cinematographer, director, and producer or some combination of all three. At present, he works as a staff video producer for the CBC. His work has appeared on CBC News, The National, The Doc Project, CBC News Explore, Someone Knows Something and The Uncover investigative series (to name a few).
