Chris Ehrmann is a Latinx Emmy-nominated international documentary filmmaker who recently graduated from UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism.

About

Chris' speciality is his strong dedication for quality as a director of photography. His keen eye for imagery and scenes, coupled with his strong sense of story and journalistic integrity as a producer, and his editing skills can help aid your next important project. His work has taken him to countries ranging from Namibia and Ghana to India and Colombia. He also is an experienced journalist who has worked for The Associated Press, Report For America and The GroundTruth Project and has had works published in USA Today, Vogue India and other major news organizations. Some of Chris' achievements include an Emmy nomination in 2019, receiving the Brian Pollack Award for documentary filmmaking in 2022, and the being a part of the inaugural class of the Moment Institute Middle East Fellows program in 2023. He also loves his dog, Tundra, and takes her everywhere.
