Down in the Valley

GLAAD-nominated six-episode documentary series, highlighting the unique culture and communities of the Black South. I worked collaboratively with episode directors and producers to identify compelling characters, and developed story arcs across all episodes. I also managed and ingested all third party archival material, while communicating with ZEROPOINTZERO’s music and legal teams to clear artwork seen and heard in each episode. In the field, I directed b-roll shots and character portraits, managed PAs and captured drone footage.
