I'm an immigrant from Pakistan. I used to work as a broadcast journalist and documentary filmmaker there. Since I've been living in the States, I have worked as a Video Producer for the State Department and its museum.

About

Shehryar starting recording improvised spoofs of fairy tales with his brother at the age of 8 Lahore, Pakistan. Years later, that morphed into a moderately successful Punjabi punk rock outfit called Bumbu Sauce. Even later, he joined Pakistan's then-fledgling broadcast news industry as a reporter, eventually directing, producing and presenting documentaries for several local and international broadcasters and organizations. He emigrated to the United States, the land of his early years, in 2015 and has been working as a video producer with the U.S. Department of State in various environments ever since. He still makes music and produces visual stories on his own time.
