I'm a multimedia journalist based in New York City with experience reporting and producing digital videos, documentary shorts, and broadcast pieces. I'm currently an Associate Video Producer for New York Times Opinion.

Amanda Su is a multimedia journalist based in New York City. She’s currently an associate producer for New York Times Opinion Video, which makes argued video shorts/films and publishes the Oscar-winning short documentary series Op-Docs. She first joined Opinion Video as a 2023-2034 New York Times fellow. She previously produced digital and broadcast stories for ABC News with the company's Race & Culture Unit, and reported long-form, enterprise stories for the nonprofit newsroom PublicSource. She graduated from Harvard with a degree in History & Literature, focusing on the intersection of ethnic studies and media studies. At Harvard, she served as president of The Harvard Crimson, where she oversaw the daily student newspaper's long-term strategy and managed a 350-person staff.
