We’re working hard with the amazing folks at Brown Girls Doc Mafia (along with other community partners) on a great initiative called The Pay Transparency Project, where we’re sourcing rates and solutions focused stories to help take us towards a more equitable industry. All submissions can be anonymous -- we encourage you to share what you're comfortable with via form so we can continue to learn all about true rates across this industry.
