Day to day, Will manages a talented team of filmmakers in People Development at Google. He uses storytelling to help the company build a diverse, accessible, and inclusive workplace and to unlock the leadership potential inside of every Googler. He's also passionate about documentary filmmaking and has multiple independent projects in development. When not directing, producing, or managing, he's writing screenplays. In 2019, he received a Sloan Fellowship as part of the Sloan Stories of Science Development Fund.
