Stephanie Tangkilisan is a reporter and visual storyteller based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her first directorial debut Trouble Finds You was aquired and distributed by First Look Media and The Intercept. This 22-minute documentary won the Vital Projects Criminal Justice Grant and was admitted to Chain NYC Film Festival, Workers Unite Film Festival, Social and Political Short Film Festival, and a number of others. She produces, shoots and edits her own work.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
