Peter Ackerman is a Brooklyn-based Camera Assistant, Data Manager, and Assistant Producer -- working on documentary feature and series productions. Among some of the companies he has worked for are National Geographic, PBS Nature, OurTime Projects, Little Monster Films, and OceanX. He is fluent in Final Cut Pro X and ShotPut Pro, among other editing and media management software. Peter is Scuba Certified with PADI, and is an Emergency Trained Deckhand.
Peter is a citizen of both the United States and Denmark. He enjoys regularly spending time in the woods of Maine, in the Alps of Switzerland, and the cenotes of the Yucatan.
