Nico Russo is the founder of SAOViVO, a free and open-source software that makes live streaming on YouTube more accessible for newsrooms. He has over 15 years of experience managing digital media outlets and launching innovative projects that have earned him several grants and fellowships from organizations like Google News Initiative, Meta, LSE's Polis, and The International Center for Journalists.
Since 2015 he has been a part of Media Party, one of the most important events in Latin America about the use of technology in journalism.
