Miloš Balać is a two-time Emmy Award-winning filmmaker, best known for his work on Welcome to Wrexham (FX/Hulu) and POLO (Netflix). As a journalist, Miloš has spent his career uncovering stories that lie at the intersection of pop culture, international affairs, and human interest, working at outlets such as The Huffington Post, Time Inc., and BuzzFeed News. Known for his immersive approach, Miloš dedicated three years to living in Wales during the production of the first two seasons of Welcome to Wrexham, where he served as Co-Executive Producer. The series won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program in both 2023 and 2024. His storytelling is characterized by a unique ability to humanize celebrity subjects, drawing out their personal narratives with authenticity and depth. Blending investigative rigor with cinematic storytelling, Miloš brings a compelling and nuanced perspective to every project. As a first-generation American, he is particularly passionate about exploring experiences of the American Dream, weaving together personal histories and cultural intersections to create narratives that resonate with a global audience.
