Kelly is a documentary director. She began her career in the music world, directing a feature about Ron Pope, and music videos for Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, The Staves and many more. In Feb 2016 she joined Teen Vogue to launch their video production division. Two years later, they were a team of 4 who had created over 150 digital videos featuring the likes of Hillary Clinton, Chance the Rapper, Malala and Ashley Judd and garnering over 1 billion online views.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
