About

Karl Mollohan is a documentary cinematographer with a focus on small team vérité stories and is comfortable working in run and gun situations. Karl spent two years in the Peace Corps in El Salvador, and while serving there he began documenting everyday life in El Volcan, Morazan. After leaving El Salvador he wanted to capture more stories while keeping them intimate for the viewer and unobtrusive for the subjects.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
