About

Josh Davis is a visual journalist and an Assistant Professor at San Francisco State University. Before joining SF State, Josh produced the Peabody Award-winning documentary, "Charlottesville: Race and Terror," for Vice News Tonight/HBO and the Emmy Award-winning online documentary, "Planet Money Makes A T-Shirt," for NPR. Josh has spearheaded visual journalism projects for The New York Times, MediaStorm and National Geographic. He previously taught at NYU, Columbia and CUNY, and he is a board member for the National Press Photographers Association.
