About

Galen McCaw is an Atlanta based sound mixer, editor, documentary producer, and now first time director. He has worked on theatrical films, network and streamer television, commercials, and podcasts, but his passion is documentary filmmaking. McCaw first ventured into documentary storytelling with his podcast, Brie, about one family’s experience with intergenerational trauma and healing. His current film project, Our Fire, aims to weave these themes into a narrative format exploring the relationships between people, identity, and the natural world.
