Fathima is a multi-award winning executive producer, senior video journalist and documentary filmmaker with more than 10 years of professional experience working both in broadcast media & in public health advocacy. She is a versatile & technically skilled director, videographer & video editor with a Masters in Science Journalism. After working for 8 years as a health journalist producing documentaries for South African national television, she moved to the Bay Area, where she now co-leads creative content production in North America for the global social impact organization, Change.org.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
