About

A documentary editor with a background in story producing, Elizabeth has contributed to films that have been nominated for an Emmy, won an Oscar, and been distributed by The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and Scientific American. Elizabeth began her career in documentary in post-production at the Los Angeles based Oscar-winning short documentary firm Breakwater Studios. Her work there focused on post coordinating and eventually story producing both branded and original short documentaries including The New York Times acclaimed Almost Famous series and the 2022 Academy Award winning film The Queen of Basketball, as a producer. Long enamored with the editing process, Elizabeth then made the transition into the editing chair. In 2023, she edited Scientific Americans The First Entanglement, questioning the unexpected long-term consequences of agriculture on human society. She is currently cutting a feature documentary directed by Adam Bolt (Human Nature, Inside Job) and Andrew Blackwell about the political history of encryption.
