About

David is a documentary filmmaker originally from outside Philadelphia. He edited We, The Marines (Netflix), an IMAX film by Oscar-nominee Greg MacGillivray, assistant-edited a forthcoming feature documentary by Clay Tweel (Finders Keepers, Gleason), and is associate-producing the docudrama The Log From the Sea of Cortez, featuring James Franco. He’s worked in post-production with Tracy Droz Tragos, Clay Jeter and Billy McMillin, and has shot and edited for Netflix, Nike, CNNFilms, and 60 Second Docs. David is a 2019 IFP Documentary Lab Fellow and recipient of the 2019 Derek Freese Documentary Fund for his debut feature, MEMPHIS.
