About

Brad Hinkle is a documentary filmmaker currently living and working in his hometown of Durham, North Carolina. After graduating with a BFA in Film and Television, Brad spent 5 years cutting his teeth directing, shooting, and editing his own films and working as a freelance cinematographer and editor in Brooklyn, New York. His films have been featured in prestigious festivals on almost every continent, including DOC NYC and Big Sky Documentary Film Festival. With films exploring themes of community, friendship, love, and death, Brad strives to tell stories about what it means to share in the human experience.
