Aria is a visual storyteller who directs, writes, and edits artful documentaries, both independent films and for clients.

About

Aria grew up between the Middle East and the U.S. and is passionate about crafting beautiful stories that speak to life's realities with insight, imagination, and compassion. She's crafted over 50 short documentaries and consults with organizations internationally. She holds an MFA in Documentary Film & Video from Stanford University, professional certification in fiction feature film screenwriting from UCLA, professional certification in entrepreneurial studies from Stanford Business School, and is a recipient of the Harvey Fellowship, SparkArts Grant, Enerson Production Grant, Reclaiming the Monument Collaborative Arts Grant, Windrider Best Documentary Film Award, and has had films screen at multiple festivals and venues, from Big Sky Documentary Film Festival to the Israeli Parliament.
