My name is Angaelica LaPasta and I am a Brooklyn-based filmmaker and animator with a passion for art and documentary storytelling. I have worked with the likes of MoMA, HBO, The Brooklyn Museum, Elara Pictures, and more. I primarily work as an editor.

About

Angaelica LaPasta is a Webby award winning filmmaker, animator, and video editor with an interest in incorporating historical iconography, whimsy, and a feminist perspective into all of her work. She has worked with clients such as the Museum of Modern Art, The Brooklyn Museum, HBO Documentary, and Elara Pictures. She inexplicably has a degree in archaeology and classics from Cornell University. Although she was born and raised in the middle of nowhere in Pennsylvania, she now lives in Brooklyn, New York with her fiance, two cats, and a lot of old cameras.
