About

Cory is an Emmy-winning producer/director with over 15 years of production experience. After graduating from RISD, he moved to the city and spent a season on Law & Order: SVU. But he hated it. He quickly pivoted and fell in love with non-fiction work after interning for various documentary production companies. His most recent roles involved building out a video team at Mic in 2016 that helped to better fuse editorial and video, and a 5-year tenure at Vox Media where he launched Verge Science — the fastest growing channel in Vox Media’s history. Since 2022, he has been the Video Lead at Notion, a collaborative productivity app used by over 30 million people.
