About

Charlie is a filmmaker with Midwest roots, based in the County of Kings. In 2019, he premiered his first feature, The Grand Unified Theory of Howard Bloom, at DOC NYC, and in 2018 his first short, Coach Nison, premiered at Big Sky Doc Fest. In 2017, short docs he edited premiered at Sundance & Hot Docs and became Vimeo Staff Picks. He has also earned three NY Emmy awards for his work at BRIC TV, a non-profit media company in Brooklyn. Side passions include homebrewing, table tennis, and foraging in Prospect Park.
