Pierre Bairin been leading multimedia productions for most of his career; working with talented producers, videographers, photographers, video editors, SFX and graphic artists, in-house or outsourced, all over the world. Pierre's unique experience combines editorial, creative and technical skills. He spent the past eight years at Human Rights Watch where I created and directed a multimedia department producing more than 100 videos per year in multiple languages. The strategic use of visual evidence of human rights abuses has been key in the growth of the organization. Before joining Human Rights Watch Pierre worked for CNN for nearly 20 years as an editor, field producer and bureau chief (Baghdad), covering conflicts and breaking news around the world, including more than a decade with Christiane Amanpour.
