Director and screenwriter based in Mexico City. She studied communication and film studies at UNAM in Mexico and University of California, Santa Barbara. Then she moved to Barcelona in 2014 to obtain a Masters Degree in Creative Documentary Filmmaking (UPF).
While living in Spain she worked in development and project research for renowned Catalan directors such as Lluís Galter, Neus Ballús and Carla Simón.
TOLORIU, her first documentary feature and Spanish production, was premiered as part of the official selection of the 23rd Malaga Film Festival. The documentary reflects about topics like the origins, the sense of belonging and contemporary migration.
