I've been editing for the last 16 years, and enjoy everything about how hands the process of cutting docs and non-fiction work is. I work mainly on Premiere, can do color correction, and have basic knowledge of After Effects for titling.

About

Gretty Camaraza is an NYU Tisch Film & TV graduate. She's worked in post for 23 years, and has been an editor for 16 of those years. As an editor, what drives her is telling a compelling story that both moves the viewer, and creates meaningful change. She is extremely resourceful with the materials provided, and has a ‘let’s make this work’ attitude. Working primarily in non-fiction, she's cut everything from short documentaries, on-air promos, tv commercials, pieces for social media, fundraising galas, and award ceremonies. Gretty is Cuban born, grew up in New York City, and has lived in L.A. for the last 10 years. She is fluent in Spanish and works on projects in both languages.
