Frank Matt is a producer and journalist from Utica, NY, currently residing in New York City. Frank's early career was spent in Washington, DC, where he produced TV news for Al Jazeera America and Al Jazeera English. Frank moved to New York to help produce “Explained,” Vox Media’s series for Netflix. In his current role, he develops and produces series and documentary projects for The Wall Street Journal Films team. Outside of his work in video, Frank has built datasets and reported investigative stories for outlets including McClatchy Newspapers, Climate Home and the The Investigative Fund.
