About

Cinzia Puggioni is a young italian documentary director and producer based between Italy and France, focused on themes such as identity, drug trafficking, organized crime and international politics. She was born in Sardinia and graduated in Journalism - Political Sciences in Florence. Cinzia moved to Paris at the age of 25 and she started working for international news companies such as Ap, M6, Al Arabiya, Cnn, Vice, Tf1. The Brown Heart of Asia is her first full-lenght documentary filmed in Central Asia (Iran, Tajikistan) and Italy.
