About

Douglas C. Murray is press-credentialed cameraperson and editor based in New York City. After spending four years with Cheddar News, he went freelance in 2021 and now shoots with his Sony FX9 package. He is currently in production on his feature documentary Heidi Wrangles Cats and he also operates mobile news studio vans around the New York area. Murray also works on narrative film sets as a Lighting Technician and Camera Operator. He began his career as a local news reporter in Tyler, Texas.
