About

Jake Remington is a self-taught DP, editor, director and producer. He started a production company with his good friend Lance Steagall in 2011 - that company is called Collabo NYC. Their intention was to create quality content that would further advance their dreams of making films and documentaries while working with talented friends and respectable clientele. Today they have creative partners throughout America as well as internationally. Jake's first documentary, Frenchy Dreams of Hashish, was released in 2022 and he is currently finishing 2 docu-fiction projects - one shot in India and one shot in NYC. He is currently based in Rome, Italy and works closely with his partners in NYC.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
