About

Marlen Rodriguez Wolfe is the former President of G3 Consult Group, a workforce development company based out of Massachusetts. Marlén holds a bachelor's in Arts from Berklee College of Music, a Masters in the Arts from the University of Miami and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Quantic School of Business. A compassionate, young executive, Marlén strives for creating spaces that are inclusive and acknowledge different perspectives, values, mindsets as a way to provide solutions while enhancing operational excellence and efficiency. A strong advocate for JEDI+B businesses practices, Marlén has over 14 years of experience in research, teaching, clinical work and executive leadership in the music industry . She was formerly the CEO of the Ukulele Kids Club (UKC), a global nonprofit that supports medically fragile or underprivileged children through the arts, where she won an Emmy award for their video highlighting the 10,000th ukulele donation, in collaboration with Spot Content Studio. Marlen is also the co-founder of The Immigrant Mom, a global organization supporting immigrant mothers in accessing education, resources and supportive communities.
