Virtual: Pause & Reset | Yoga

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, join VC on Friday, May 22 at 12pm ET for Yoga & Somatic Flow to help restore, regulate, and replenish your nervous system. We’ll move through a therapeutic yoga practice designed to release tension and support emotional balance. You’ll also learn simple somatic tools to feel more relaxed, present, and confident in your body. All levels are welcome.

Keirin Brown is a Somatic Coach and Yoga Therapist who works with people who feel stuck in long-standing emotional and relational patterns that awareness alone hasn’t been able to change. Her coaching helps clients process emotions and shift patterns held in the body and nervous system, leading to meaningful and sustained change. She is trained in yoga therapy and integrative somatic trauma work and brings nearly two decades of experience supporting clients around the world.
