Owen Kibby is a NYC and Berlin based director and cinematographer. His documentary roots are ever present in his narrative and aesthetic sensibility. Every choice informed by a background in making the most out of little. He's a camera nerd, a true film lover, and happiest when on the road. At the heart of all of his work lies a passion to find an honest conversation about what it means to feel human. A core belief that what makes us truly connect to any piece of work is the recognition of ourselves. Filmmaking has taken him across the country, around the globe, and introduced him to some of the best people he knows.
