About

Recipient of the Sundance Institute's prestigious Lynn Auerbach Screenwriting Fellowship, Christian is a Sundance Development Labs Fellow (2024), Film Independent Episodic Labs Fellow (2024), and a NALIP Media Market Fellow (2020). His feature screenplay Quince Kings was featured on blcklst's annual Latine List. As a screenwriter and narrative specialist, he has developed feature-length and TV projects for Zero Gravity Productions, Blumhouse Productions, Migrante Content, & EShapTV, just to name a few. He’s collaborated on projects with producers Mark Williams (Ozark), Evan Shapiro (Portlandia), Couper Samuelson (Get Out), Skip Williamson (Underworld), Mark Nevaldine (Crank), & Calista Flockhart (Ally McBeal), among others. His screenplays tend to focus on the Latin American experience through unexpected genres ranging from comedy to western, horror to science fiction. As a producer and video editor, he has executed content for Fox Searchlight Pictures, Fox Sports, MTV Tr3s, Red Bull USA, Remezcla Media, Mitú Networks, Disney Branded Television, Microsoft, and DirecTV Latin America. He also served as a producer on award-winning, socially conscious documentaries "Do You Dream in Color?" (feature film available on Tubi) and "Natalie's Point of View" (short film available on Youtube); both of which amplify disabled voices.
