In Nigeria, one community that has never had potable water finally gets it, with the help of BudgIT. This film is a product of the Solutions Storytelling Project.
BudgIT Foundation is a Nigerian nonprofit that facilitates budget reforms at both national and subnational levels through stakeholder and institutional engagements, collaborations, partnerships, civic-tech innovation and active citizen mobilisation. BudgIT's mission is to use creative technology to simplify public information, stimulating a community of active citizens and enabling their right to demand accountability, institutional reforms, efficient service delivery and an equitable society.
