A veteran of music-centric filmmaking, Wayne has directed hundreds of short form pieces (John Legend, Mark Ronson, Mumford & Sons), and two feature documentaries (Heartworn Highways Revisited, 311 ETSD3), which have won awards at festivals worldwide. Via his production company, Roomtone, Wayne helps brands (Starbucks, Bose, MasterCard) tell human-centric stories, either through filmed media or live experiences. A recent “frontline heroes” documentary (NBC) + livestream series with Northwell Health won a 2020 Emmy and the 2021 edition was also nominated. Recent virtual concert work has featured performances by Katy Perry, Jack Harlow, Gavin DeGraw, Khalid, and Chloe x Halle. Wayne has two documentary series in development about healing fractured democracies with Beyond Conflict, and the healing journey of veterans with PTSD via Transcendental Meditation and Psychedelics.
