Mexican filmmaker, a graduate of the National School of Cinematographic Arts at UNAM, specialized in documentary filmmaking and sound. He directed the short film "One Way Trip" (2020) and "I Felt Their Love" (2023). Both works have been showcased in prominent spaces dedicated to documentary cinema in Mexico, such as the Ambulante and Zanate festivals, as well as the José Rovirosa Award, where he has been nominated twice and won the Audience Award in 2023, among other recognitions. Additionally, he has worked professionally as a sound mixer and sound designer in various short and feature films, with notable contributions as a sound mixer in the film "El Eco" by filmmaker Tatiana Huezo, a documentary winner at the Berlinale 2023. He is the founder of the production company "Al Otro Lado Cine," a project dedicated to promoting alternative and cultural creation and distribution of non-fiction films by emerging filmmakers. This production company also organizes the film exhibition "The Beauty of Imperfection," with the aim of reclaiming imperfection as a form of artistic expression, focusing on finding beauty in the ordinary and the everyday.
