Tanner Shinnick is an award-winning documentary filmmaker from Atlanta that believes your story not only deserves to be told, but to be understood. Yet, in the constant noise of today, any story can be easily misinterpreted, or worse, buried in the sea of constantly refreshing information. However, through his more than a decade of non-fiction storytelling experience, he's learned how to tell thought-provoking, and heartfelt non-fiction stories that not only inform, look good and entertain, and most importantly, inspire action. Because when someone better understands your story they receive clarity that what youre offering to the world has the potential to improve their lives and in return, inspire hope. This is why he believes, whether business, community or individual, Everyones Story Deserves to be Understood. He's currently in production on his second feature documentary about the housing shortage crisis in the US and its effects on a small Appalachian community.
