Sindha Agha is a Pakistani-American artist who grew up in rural Illinois and now lives in Los Angeles. She is a recipient of the 2018 Ignite Fellowship for emerging filmmakers at the Sundance Institute. She is a filmmaker, photographer and writer who creates intimate, anthropological works that harmonize humor and sadness. She experiments with documentary & narrative genres to illustrate how social forces shape deeply personal experiences.
