I am currently a professor but teaching the basics of filmmaking to different communities is what I usually love to do. I also get involve in film production at times.

Vergel Joseph, or what he prefers to be called Sef is a filmmaker and an educator based in the Northern Part of the Philippines. He graduated BS in Development Communication Major in Community Broadcasting at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. After he graduated, he became involved in some film production. Later on, he was introduced to teaching basics in filmmaking in the different communities in their region through the organization he co-founded, The North Luzon Cinema Guild Inc. For ten years now, he has been involved in helping different communities in mounting their local film festivals to give platform to young filmmakers all over the North Luzon.
