About

Ron is a passionate independent filmmaker with a keen interest in telling stories that illuminate the lives of the neglected, abused, and misunderstood while celebrating their courage and potential. Most recently this has included films featuring African and Syrian refugees struggling for acceptance and normalcy in the US and Middle East. Ron's earlier work includes several decades of award winning commercial films and video including many documentary style pro bono productions filmed around the world.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
