Natalia Pérez-González (she/her) is an Afro-Latina journalist, producer, and Assistant Editor at Creator Spotlight (beehiiv), where she researches and reports on the creator economy through the lenses of labor and identity. Her work examines how creators build sustainable careers, navigate platform precarity, and create durable business models through owned audiences, private communities, and collective infrastructure. In past lives, she was a Newhouse Foundation Scholar and a Pulitzer Center Reporting Fellow, and her writing has appeared in Cosmopolitan, Refinery29, Bustle, and The Nation.
