Monica is a filmmaker, producer, and entrepreneur with a passion for storytelling that inspires, educates, and drives meaningful change. She is the co-owner of The Altitude, a documentary-style production company dedicated to crafting authentic, socially impactful films—from branded content to original, self-produced work.
With a background that spans filmmaking, experience design, and international development, Monica brings a deeply human-centered approach to every project. She has worn many hats throughout her career—editor, camera operator, writer, strategist—and thrives in collaborative environments where creativity and purpose intersect.
Monica is also the co-founder of EverStory, a company preserving family legacies through personal documentaries, and the co-host of a musical theatre podcast that’s cultivated a community of over 25K followers on Instagram. Her global perspective is shaped by on-the-ground work in Uganda and Nepal, where she contributed to sustainable community initiatives.
