About

Marc Riou started his career directing photography on the award-winners Tilt of a Rose and Us & Them. Since then, he has shot and produced narrative content featured in major festivals, streaming services, and television. As a partner at the boutique production company The Majors Productions, he has gone on to shoot viral music videos for girl-group 3KT, promotional material for major local non-profits, and television spots for several NY-based franchises. Additionally, he works as a freelance camera operator, with experience as gaffer and livestream technician.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
