Lindsay Blatt is a director/producer, Explorers Club Fellow, and founder of Archerfish Productions. Her first documentary, Herd in Iceland, follows the story of the island nation's annual horse round-up, which won 15 festival awards, and is airing on PBS. She produced the 2018 feature documentary The Most Unknown, with director Ian Cheney and advisor Werner Herzog. A series of short films she produced with OceanX about the wonders of the ocean and those who explore it will be released in 2024. She produced the weekly Emmy-nominated PBS NewsHour series Brief But Spectacular. Lindsay has worked at The New York Times, Instagram, UNICEF, Part2 Pictures, and VICE. Corporate + non-profit clients include: Apple, The Victoria & Albert Museum, Etsy, Wild Women Expeditions, Bleacher Report, The Hepworth Wakefield Museum, Guayaki, Virgin Unite, and the B Team. Favorite themes: science, travel, culture, and people at work. She's currently a Senior Producer at the National Geographic Society.
