Hunter B. Phillips is a producer, writer, and director, originally from rural Idaho and now based in central Utah. He has spent a decade developing and producing nonfiction films, including the features Scenes from the Glittering World and The Streak, and shorts including American Seams and Rat Rod. His feature-length directorial debut is currently in production.
