Erin McGoff is an award-winning documentary filmmaker who specializes in stories of resilience. Upon graduating from American University in 2017 with degrees in Film and Marketing, McGoff received the SoC Woman of the Year award and an International Reporting Fellowship from the Pulitzer Center to support her debut feature documentary, This Little Land of Mines. Recently, McGoff was awarded the Clio Prize for Visualizing History/Advancement for Women in Film, an Impact Doc Award, three 2020 Telly Awards, and Best Director at DOC LA. She currently works as a full-time freelance director and editor in New York City and has worked with clients such as Hilton, Google, Ogilvy, Under Armour, Capital One, etc. In May 2020, McGoff launched a new venture called The Twenty which is an interactive e-commerce experience hosted on Instagram Live. In her free time, Erin loves to train in martial arts, walk her dog Olive, and bake too many pies.
